| I purchased my All-Clad Slow Cooker in September of 2007. I was very pleased with it and at that time felt it was worth the money. I used it through the winter months, then didn't use it again until this fall(2008). When I tried to turn it on, the digital read out would not fully come on. | As you know you can't use a regular wok with electric stove top, I have been using a 12-inch nonstick pan on my smooth glass top stove. I needed 2 hands, one for stirring the other holding the pan from spinning around, which was a pain. Now, I just plug this baby in and have a ball. | I owned this for about 1 year before it ultimately failed. I would rate it, when working, as 3 star--it did produce a grind of coffee that you could tailor to your needs. Fine was very fine, near powdery, coarse was definitely coarse. But it was not a real even grind. For example on the coarser grinds you'd still get some powdery stuff (makes a notable difference when you're using a press pot). Cleaning was a pain. | I love this little frother. When my mocha went over $4 I got this and have been using it for a couple of years. But I think the design is flawed. The plastic into which the handle inserts after replacing batteries began to chip and finally one broke away. It may be that I didn't push both buttons in each time and thus put pressure on one of them. But it was the end of my beloved frother. |

| This is great for a small family. Have made soup, stew, and meatballs, which were really good, but just made chicken stock for Thanksgiving cooking using the recipe in the Cuisinart book. Better than Alton Brown's recipe and not nearly as complicated and time consuming. This is the best slow cooker I have owned. It is worth the money. |
