| First of all, the steamer basket is tiny. Maybe enough room to steam vegetables for 1 person, 2 people max.
Besides that, this rice cooker is awesome. No more burnt, stuck rice at the bottom of the pan. Cooks rice fast, cleans real fast and easy. I'm so glad I finally have a good rice cooker. Now I dont dread making rice anymore because I always hated scraping out the burnt rice on the bottom of my old one. |

| I found that this machine did not chop very well or evenly. After two uses, the motor stopped working (and all I was chopping was a can of tomatoes!). I exchanged it for a new unit since I couldn't get a refund, but only used it a couple times over the next year when my smaller machine was too small for the job. I pulled it out last night for it's third or fourth use... And once again the motor was burned out! Definitely not worth the money or hassle. |

| Overall, this ice tea maker serves its purpose. It's easy to use, and fairly quick to brew. It fits well in the fridge door, and has a pretty good capacity.
However, there are a few issues: 1) It's not exactly ready to drink ice tea in under 10 minutes. Be prepared with A LOT of ice; at least three ice cube trays of them. | I have owned one of these (or its predecessor) for many years. After 7 years and hundreds of loaves, the paddle can no longer remain fixed to the pan, and I figured it's time to replace it.
Having read the reviews, may I make one suggestion to make perfect bread every time. Weighing the flour may be one solution but this may be easier. After the initial 10 minutes, take a rubber spatula, and scrape any dry flour from the corners into the dough. You can tell by the consistency of the dough if it is too dry or too wet. If ... I wanted occasional lattes and espressos but I feared an expensive real espresso maker would gather dust on my counter. I also doubted something so cheap could make a decent espresso. | OK so this is a great slow cooker .. it needs to be on a timer ... it's not one you can put on in the morning and it slowly simmers all day .. it, even on the lowest setting gets too hot and doesn't quite boil but gets too hot for the settings ...
That said we think it's excellent as it means that if you've left it a little late then it cooks quickly but nicely !! So whilst it cooks far to quickly it's a great size it cleans really easily and fits enough in for a family of four with great ease. We've cooked a whole chicken in it and it was delicious ... | I have had this coffee pot for about nine or ten months and the 1st thing I noticed was when I took it out of the box it was made of kind of flimsy black plastic. I found this coffee pot makes a pretty good cup of coffee but the espresso is kind of the problem I had. Let me say 1st off after I poured the water in the espresso resevoir I put the lid on and steam always escapes around the lid and it makes a louder than usually hissing sound around it.
