I originally ordered this for the Mario Batali Panini Pan but knowing I would add more of his collection, I went ahead and purchased two (to use with the dutch ovens). It fits the handles perfectly and makes it easy to move the pan around without getting burned. I use them every single time I cook with the panini pan or dutch oven. | nice towels. you do need to iron them after you wash them if you want them nice. i am using them as display towels so they are very nice and not cheap looking. very full and colorful - like them very much. shipped very quickly. |

| These mats are excellent, at the price I expected something mediocre, at best. When they arrived they struck me as elegant, and actually less flimsy than I expected. They are pretty heavy and high quality. I have yet to have a stain of any kind, as they persist in appearing new. I would have been willing to pay 2x-3x as much for these. I immeadiately ordered a 2nd set as a gift. And I'm a perfectly reasonable reviewer, not one of these glass half full no matter what types. - promise. |

| I use these on my Batali Essentials pot because the cast iron handles get very hot and I like the security of the molded silicon when lifting the heavy pan of food from the stovetop to oven and back. I also use the handles to get a good grip when stirring on the burner.
I'd prefer if the handles snapped onto the pot, but it's still a lot safer than using big flat potholders to move it around. Note: Be careful not to leave the handles on while it is in the oven though because then they ... Read More: |

| These are nice towels, they will shrink a bit in the dryer, however, they are still a nice size. I was looking for bamboo terry towels, but this was all that I could find. They are not as absorbent as I would like, however, they are fine. |

| Really charming and well made! They come folded in half and then rolled, so you may have to hang some of them to get minor kinks out, but the small sticks lay very evenly and have a nice weight to them. |

| These towels are very soft and absorbent. The best part is that they don't get that musty towel smell that every other kitchen towel I own gets. I am considering pitching out all of the rest of my kitchen towels and buying more of these to replace them. |
