| I purchased the Kitchaid Icecream Maker about 1 month ago and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a great product. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an ice cream maker for home use that bypasses the hand crank, salt method. It only makes about 2 quarts but for me that is fine. | Great quality. Heavy Pyrex glass in several sizes. The lids fit great. This set has 1 extra small bowl that will not stack with the others so it looks like you have 1 odd item in your cabnet but aside from that they are nice. This should have been a 16 piece set and then everything would store better.

| I was in the market for a digital thermometer to replace my old cheap analog, and did some comparison browsing. It seems like there won't be a huge difference between models, so it mainly boils down to price and recommendations.

| I purchased this pan about four years ago, and last week had to send it back (for the second time) to get it replaced due to the teflon non-stick surface degrading and peeling. Customer service is excellent. The first pan was replaced quickly free of charge. I only had to pay for shipping back to them which ended up costing about half the cost of a new pan.
High heat is the cause of the teflon degrading. One must be very careful not to exposing the pan to the highest heat level on electric or gas oven ... Read More: |

| I wanted an inexpensive but functional deep fryer and this is exactly what it is. It's a big improvement from deep frying in a cooking pan, I don't have to worry about over heating the oil anymore but my house still stinks after deep frying. If that is a concern for you, then you better get one with filters. I also love the snap-on lid which allows me to conveniently store oil. I just wish there is an indicator light to tell when the oil is hot enough. |
