| I purchased this set of knives as a Gold Box item not knowing what to expect. I am impressed with the quality and feel of this set. It is very heavy, solid blades right down to the steak knives. With most sets of this price range the smaller knives, and often even the larger ones, are thin and will bend or flex in your hand. This set is solid. I would not put it in the same class as Shun but would put it up to Wusthof or Henckels and save a ton of money in process. |

| I love it when someone comes along and creates something with "practical" written all over it. After all my years of grating cheese onto wax paper or into bowls with half of it falling on the table, here comes Oxo with the built in bowl -- and a storage lid for leftovers no less!!! Awesome. |

| The shredder/slicer is a GREAT attachment to the Kitchenaid stand mixer. It was just what I was looking for to help us in the kitchen! The price was way better than in the local stores that carries the mixers and accessories. They are selling for $60+, where Amazon has the same attachment for $40.00! The ONLY draw back was the cost of shipping, but it was still a bargain!

| I used this for the first time for Thanksgiving 2008 and it worked just great! It squeezes out a little potato around the top when you squeeze, but that doesn't bother me. You can only squeeze one medium to large potato at a time due to a small basket; but if it was much bigger, it would be hard to squeeze it shut. It does take a little arm strength, but put in less potato if you can't squeeze it with a large potato in it. | I have limited counterspace and my old full size cuisinart was just to big, bulky and heavy to move. I purchased this compact Cuisinart model, because of it's footprint, weight and that it did more than chop veggies. It has several cutting blades that allow you to grate, slice and of course mix like the larger models. Even the motor is substanstial for its size. I like it so much that I purchased this one as a gift for my sister. |

| One star isn't what I give the actual product, but rather the experience I had trying to get it from Amazon. The first arrived broken; they sent a second one; it arrived in even worse shape than the first. Other reviewers have complained about the same thing - obviously the shipping method being used isn't adequate. I ended up getting one elsewhere - all it took was a little bubble wrap and it arrived in perfect shape.
