| Shopped around on-line for an item like this and this one was the best price. The quality is good and it was super easy to install. Does what it is supposed to do! Much easier than a "knife drawer", which is what we used previously. |

| After visiting several kitchen stores and big box department stores that apparently don't carry more than one knife block, I finally found one that holds all of my knives! The block does exactly what I expected it to do - hold a lot of knives. |

| Should of listen to some of the other reviews, but not me I am to smart. What a pain in the back side. To start you have to make 20 passes of each side of the knife in slot one, then you have to make another 10 passes of each side of the knife in slot two. And you much make them very slow. (Per the owner's manual) It took me hour's to do this and my knife's came out duller then when I stated. What a waste of time. | I purchased this board for my Mother as a present. I am a chef and a great fan of wood cutting boards, as they are faster and safer to cut on, as well as better for the knife's edge and beautiful. I use a huge wooden board at home, but most will not tolerate such a big ugly thing in their kitchen. This board is large enough for real cooking, but small and attractive enough to be left out for immediate use. The fact that it is made of sustainable managed growth bamboo makes it that much better. | I love this set of knives. My grandson commented on what nice knives they are and told his wife maybe they should look into getting a set as they needed some good knives. So I got them a set for Christmas. You really can't go wrong with Kitchen Aid. |

| I bought this knife on the recommendation of Cooks Illustrated. I'm not disappointed in it at all. The handle is well shaped and easy to grip with slippery hands. The blade good and sharpens well. Nothing bad to say about it and I'm not sure what else I could look for in a boning knife. |

| I absolutely love this knife: I find it comparable to our sous-chef's 8" Wusthoff, and actually prefer it now. It's sharp out of the box, has a great heft, and keeps a good edge. Overall, far better than any "cheap" knife out there. |
