| This product came on time and was a good price at time of purchase. It was a christmas gift which would have been hard to find. The only problem i have with it is that from the time i purchased it to even before it was delivered the price was changed and wasnt able to obtain a refund on the money difference. |

| I am completely thrilled with this kitchen tool (Wusthof's 10-inch Sharpening Steel). I was told that that brand was considered to be the top of the line, which Iam convinced that it is. As mentioned earlier the item arrived as stated and the price was very excellent. |

| I've been a fan of Wüsthof knives since I worked my way up to sous chef while paying my way through school. All the cooks had different knife sets (one of my favorites was a LamsonSharp set, forged locally in Massachusetts) and I got to try many styles of the French and German blade shapes. I couldn't afford good knives at the time, but after lots of testing, I found the German shape (strong curve towards the tip) the most pleasant to use; I prefer rocking slices to pulled slices (i.e., French style). | Great bread knife! I finally replaced the long sereated bread knife my mother gave me 40 years ago. The fancy kitchen store clerk let me buy this one, after I told her I would not pay over $40. This is a wonderful tool. I wish I'd bought it years ago, and I may use it for the next 40 years. |

| I have one word to describe these poultry shears. Greatness! Ok, I have more than one word for these shears, so here goes. I like the stainless steel spring that flexes the blades back open after each cut. I like the no slip handle with the enclosed finger guard. This is nice when cutting slick chicken. i have used the cutting board now for about a month and am impressed with how nice it is to have 'grippers' on the bottom. the board does not wander on the counter and both the board and counter are easier to keep clean. at first i used it only for buttering toast and as a hot board as it is very attractive but i have now diced and sliced on it so it will [hopefully] have a long and useful life. very nice product. **** 4 stars |
