| My wife and I love to cook. We must have a dozen cutting boards, from the County Fair purchased flimsy plastic 24"x20" monster to the tiny 5"x8" poly to the heavy wood block beast (that we hardly ever use). By far, this is the first board we grab. The board does have a little bit of flex when chopping - the rubber side grips raise the board of the countertop just a wee bit.

| I had used this fillet knife for many years, always keeping it in my fishing tackle box, until one day it disappeared. I kept looking for a replacement but they were too expensive especially after adding S & H.
My grandson's fillet knife broke so now both of us needed a knife. I checked Amazon and I found that if I bought three, I would qualify for free shipping plus I got the knives at the lowest price I had ever seen. Oh yes, the third knife went to the kitchen to my wife's delight. |

| I have owned knives with riveted handles for as far back as I can remember. While they are fine for Chefs Knives and Utility Knives, I have never liked their bulky feel for paring knives. After using some "As Seen On TV" knife with a similar ergonomic handle I was hooked on the feel and decided to purchase some new paring knives.
My only complaint would have to that the edge, right out of box, felt a little rough. They cut well enough, but on tougher foods I felt it was grabbing a bit too ... Read More: |

| I recieved this knife for Christmas, and have been using it regularly since then. It's easily become my favorite knife. Comfortable to hold, retains its sharpness, and comfortably heavy.
I don't take nearly as good care of it as I should, (it's often left unwashed or soaking for long periods of time), and after 4 months of use, it's still very sharp. Now whenever I cook at another house without a furi or global knife, I feel like something's missing. |

| I'm on my second Epicurean board and do indeed like the cutting surface,lightweight form and ease of use. They also will not dull very sharp knives. As good as these boards can be, they do have some serious limitations that potential users should be aware of.
1. They should not be left wet for extended periods. My first board warped and the second one had a water stain that took days to dry. 2. They should not be used for chopping. I've never chipped a knife or cracked a board but these ... Read More: |

| This has fast become my wife's most used and favorite knife. This was part of a replacement set I bought for her and it has really done the job. The knife is well balanced, the blade is extremely sharp and cuts through stuff with little effort. The hollow edge really makes a huge difference in how it cuts as it slices through stuff like it was going through warm butter.
