| I wasn't sure what product to buy to try to resurrect the knives in the kitchen in which I recently started cooking......the various stainless steel knives were all horribly dull. I followed the instructions provided with the Chef's Choice sharpener & voila! serviceable knives!!

| I like these knives in the kitchen as they have fairly sharp, thin blades. The different shapes are really handy. I especially like the round ended knife for caning and cleaning fresh vegetables. We have used the knives for over a month with no signs of dulling or damage--just throw them in the dishwasher. |

| My roommate had this knife, and at first I was skeptical- maybe the bright turquoise color threw me off? Before he moved out, however, I made sure that I found one of these knives for myself.
I only cut vegetables with it, and it has stayed wonderfully sharp. I'm on the shorter/smaller side, so with other knives I had trouble finding a good balance, and often times my forearm would get too tired because of a knife's weight. | If you are looking for a good quality & sharp paring knife, this is it. If you buy it, be sure to put it where kids can't reach it and don't just put it down in the sink with other stuff. I have cut myself with it twice. |

| The Komachi tomato knife is thin wall enough to produce nice thick or as thin as you want tomato slices. Very sharp, I just wish it was about
1" longer to easier cut those "bun-size" tomatoes I find sometimes. It does the job very well though. |
