| Made cheese fondue which turned out great. Dreaded the clean up but it was easy. After letting the ceramic bowl cool, I wiped out the hardened cheese and then placed the bowl in the dishwasher. That was it. Yes, we had to use an extension cord to warm the pot. The variable temperature know is the best part of controlling the fondue mixture. |

| I'm not much of a baker, at least I wasn't before this kit. The instructions are easy to follow. There's a wide variety of tips. As a painter, being able to mix my own colors of frosting with the included food coloring was the best part.
After getting acquainted w/the basics of cake decorating, it was very easy to design my own cakes and execute them well. |

| Pretty darn good product,(wish it were American made). Simple to use, I would highly recommend Lorna Sass's cookbook to go with it. Her instructions for using PC much clearer than manufacture's, and also has good basic recipes with many easy variations. Have been using it for fast and healthy meals after work. Meat loaf and potatoes cooked in same pot in 10 minutes WOW. Barley soup in 15, big energy saving also. |

| I use the pie weights when I "blind" bake pie shells before filling them. They do a fine job of keeping the pie dough where it should be while it bakes. |

| I already have this teakettle from KitchenAid. I bought it for my daughter since she is remoldening her kitchen and useing Almond or Bisque appliances. This particular teakettle in this dolor is svery diffucult to find, and was fortunate to find it on Amazon. Your the best for finding products otherwise hard to find. | I also saw this type of pan on Good Eats and of course wanted to replicate the Super Apple Pie recipe of Alton Brown's. I got the pan today and I am very impressed with the quality. The pie is baking now and I can't wait to see the perfect crimped edges and taste it. Having the removable bottom will make for much better presentation during the holidays. In fact I am going to order a few more of this pan for gifts as well as a second one for myself! |

| The concept of this is a great. It is made of non stick metal which can easily be cleaned but it is not very strong and can be bent easily. I wondered how the bottom of the tray would be able to hold the brownie mixture without dripping out of the "open bottom" pan since the plate just sits on it. My question was answered after the first use. I found crusted burnt brownie mix all over the bottom of my oven.
