| I bake semi-professionally, making at least three batches of cookies a week on these sheets. They are absolutely the best for cookies, I won't use anything else, and they have lasted for years and years.
The irony of the negative reviewers on this site is that their baked goods are sticking only because they greased the sheet! Cookies should always be baked on an ungreased sheet. If a recipe calls for a greased sheet, such as with biscuits, always use shortening because such a thin ... Read More: |

| I love these pans! They are heavy duty and I can't imagine them every warping like some other cookie sheets. are absolutely marvelous and cookies come out beautifully on them! 12 cookies fit easily on them.
I haven't found any hot spots at all all the cookies bake evenly. Definitely worth every penny and the cooling rack is a nice bonus also. |

| Since I started to make whole-wheat pancakes in the morning, I was using my old reliable cast-iron skillet. But the hot spots were driving me crazy, the batter often stuck to the bottom, and the skillet was a pain to clean. So I finally got myself this Circulon griddle, and wow, what a difference. | I bought this as a gift for myself. I did a lot of research and price checking. I love my new set and I think it's the best thing ever. I read some of the reviews of people complaining that the handles get hot, that's what hot mitts are for. I use cast iron too, so I'm used to it. I don't even see that to be a problem. My son is 10 and I let him use the small pan to make omelets. He loves them too. Great product. Great value. |
