| I ordered this item, the purchase acknowledgement showed I had bought it, but when the package arrived it was something totally different. First CSR tried to tell me I had ordered the sanding belt they shipped and the mistake was mine, and only when I insisted on speaking with a supervisor did I finally get someone to admit they had shipped the wrong item. But, they couldn't ship me the right item - it was now "unavailable". I did get a refund. |

| It works out well for us. It's a fairly large pan that's used for multiple purposes. Outside of its use for the yearly Thanksgiving turkey and dressing of our medium sized family (four), it also accommodates our baked and barbecued chickens.

| This non stick fry pan is great. Especially for the price. The last inexpensive pan I had peeled! I didn't think you could get a good quality pan if it wasn't All Clad. Highly recommend this non stick pan.

| Great Bakeware set! Really convenient to have lids for everything. I use a lot less aluminum foil and clear wrap so its environmentally friendly. Great for casseroles. The round dishes are great for making side dishes in like pudding or potato salad. Lids are great for potluck's and the leftovers can be put right in the fridge. |
