| I purchased this Calphalon grill pan locally years ago and spent $$$. We used it quite a bit and found that it cooked evenly and was easy to clean.
Then our family grew & I found the Simply Calphalon 13" grill pan. If using a single grill pan, we use the 13" round more than the 11" square because we cook a lot of food. | I already have this teakettle from KitchenAid. I bought it for my daughter since she is remoldening her kitchen and useing Almond or Bisque appliances. This particular teakettle in this dolor is svery diffucult to find, and was fortunate to find it on Amazon. Your the best for finding products otherwise hard to find. | Arrived with a large, 5 inch long dent on the lip, preventing the lid from sitting right and exposing the bare metal beneath the enamel. The metal is crude steel, protected only by the enamel, so it would rust in nothing flat.
The roaster was inside a box inside another box, so I can only assume the company packaged a defective item. There was a prominent sticker on the INSIDE box to the effect 'refuse shipping if product damaged'. Well the UPS man is long gone, and here I have a broken roaster. Way to ... Read More: |

| I've had this pot for about 2 months now and for the most part I've found it be be an excellent pot. It's easy to clean and it looks nice. I bought this pot in part because of the straining lid, but I haven't used that function more than a handful of times since I often avoid using it so that I have one less lid to wash.
My one complaint is that the insulating grip is flush with the (hot) metal part of the handle closest to the pot. Because of this, there's a likelihood for skin-metal contact, especially since ... Read More: |

| I have been using a pizza stone for years, but never could get the dough crispy (especially in the middle of the pizza). I decided to give this a try and now I am ready to throw out the pizza stone. This makes a perfect crispy pizza crust. It is a bit hard to get the dough on the pan without smoshing it through the holes (unless you are a master dough thrower) - I used reynolds wrap sprayed with Pam to form it in the pan & then flipped it in. Worked perfectly. Well worth the $12. |

| I bake semi-professionally, making at least three batches of cookies a week on these sheets. They are absolutely the best for cookies, I won't use anything else, and they have lasted for years and years.
The irony of the negative reviewers on this site is that their baked goods are sticking only because they greased the sheet! Cookies should always be baked on an ungreased sheet.
