| This 8" pan is quite tiny. I have not found many things I can use it for. However, since it is an All-Clad, it has even heating and it does fry the best egg, and grill a very tasty grilled cheese sandwich! |

| I am used to a pressure cooker that I could hear the regulator rocking from the pressure to let me know that it is cooking correctly; therefore, I scorched and overcooked food because I was expecting to hear the regulator. If that part wouldn't bother you, it would probably be fine. I am sending mine back. |

| I have the 10 1/4" lid. While this lid does not come with the "flanges" to cover the side spouts as described (it comes as shown in the picture), it is a great addition to my cast iron cookware and I now want the 12" lid for my 12" skillet.There is enough of a lip that the side spouts are pretty well covered (some steam escapes). The spikes on the lid seem to be helpful and aren't too much trouble in cleaning in my opinion.

| This is my second one. The bamboo steamer's cover will not drop the water, which is condensed from the steam, back to the food being cooked which may ruin the texture and flavor of the delicacies. That is the reason why I prefer the bamboo one to the aluminum one. |

| I have been impressed with Chicago Metallic's baking equipment, so when it came time to get a baguette pan this was right where I went. Their pans are nice and sturdy, and you will get years of use out of them.
The perforated holes on the bottom make for a crispy crust and give a nice pattern and texture as well. I have never had a problem with the loaf sticking to the pan, or any other problems for that matter. I don't oil the surface as some have recommended, which has worked out just fine. I ... | I like this Pyrex clear glass pie plate. It turns out excellent pies and is durable in the dishwasher. It can tolerate a fairly quick move from oven to refrigerator without breaking. I like the nice large handles. I have some fancy decorative pie plates but this is the one I trust when I put a lot of effort into making a pie. |
