| Bought this on sale, and glad I didn't pay full price. I used a few times and the metal cable burned nearly through (so now it's hanging by a few threads). After a few uses it stopped beeping, so now I need to run over every few minutes to check if food has reached proper temp. Also, it's not that easy to set the temp buttons. I'll stick with my digital instant-read one. |

| I try to buy stuff that is made in USA, hence the Lodge Cast Iron cookware. You think a company like Lodge could find a way to make these in the US. How much money are they saving?

| i have been using this for at least 3 years, but i don't really know why. I see it (or similar)used at places like Olive garden, and assume it must be done to preserve wine, but i don't really see the difference.
On new wines, especially whites, it seems to work(well at least as well as sticking the cork back in). but on even slightly older reds (anything 4 years or older) it seems to make no difference at all. they are almost always oxidized by the next evening, and definitely by the ... Read More: |

| Upon reading other reviews I placed order for this unit. When it arrived I was dismayed at what you get for this money. Upon using I became more dismayed as the unit is almost impossible to use. The food drags on the slide. Using the holder helps move the food but it only cuts about half way down and then you are left with the other half to cut by hand with a knife and cutting board. | I have a terrible memory so this seemed to be made for me. I love it!!!
The only problem is it does not pick-up a lot of the words in the book. I haven't had time to add words but will do this soon. My daughter and a friend of mine saw it Thanksgiving and will probably be ordering one soon. It was a little pricey but I still love it. |

| We tested this for a couple of weeks in comparison to our regular "rabbit" opener, which we've been using for a couple of years. Some people in my family liked this one better, others liked the rabbit better. The major issue seemed to have to do with torque to open it: some folks thought pushing down and pulling up the lever on this one was easier, others thought the rabbit easier. | I'm quickly becoming a huge fan of Oxo products, and I'm starting to wish I were starting from a blank slate. Unfortunately, I have a lot of old, useless gadgets that will have to wear out before I replace them with Oxo.

| The tea pot came in good condition and quickly. If you enjoy drinking tea, you will enjoy this set. You must boil water in a tea kettle first. Then insert the the flower bud into the infuser (looks like a glass cup)and place it into the glass pot. The infuser has small slits in it and worked just fine. Pour the hot water into the glass pot and then set back and watch the flower bloom. It only takes a few minutes before your tea is ready.
