Normally I would return a broken product but with today's postal rates, it will cost me close to the purchase price to return it. I am posting this so you can learn from my lesson and buy for QUALITY not for the cheap price. You get what you pay for! |

| This is a wonderful product initially. It's easy to use and the cork just slides out effortlessly. However, the screw that it uses soon wears out. This can happen in as little as 3 to 6 months or so depending on how much wine you drink. I assume that the teflon coating wears off or the tip dulls. In any event, it then becomes increasingly difficult to use until it starts pushing the cork in the bottle. They throw in one extra screw, but additional ones are outrageously priced--$10 on Amazon. ... Read More: |

| I have purchased at least 6 blenders in the last 3 years. The Hamilton Beach model has been the best so far and the least expensive! We love the 14 speeds as we make smoothies several times a day and it seems to handle the frozen fruit and ice very well. The glass jar and measurements on the side are very handy. It washes up well in the dishwasher and seems more durable than the Cuisinart that we just bought and paid more money for. The only downside is that the jar could be bigger to hold more, ... | I have a large set of these glasses. I have plenty of the tall ones and the juice glasses, but I needed more of the medium sized ones (12 or 14 oz.) I looked in all the local stores and couldn't find them. I looked on the Internet under Libbey's website, but they didn't even have them except in huge wholesale amounts.
