| I wanted a blender to make protein smoothie shakes and it does the job. As a novice smoothie maker, I didn't realize how much trouble it is to blend frozen strawberries. I found defrosting the strawberries a little before putting into the blender helpful. Otherwise, my husband and I love it. |

| I've barely had this 6 months and have only used it maybe 10 times and it's already broken. Not to mention it didn't work well when it was functioning. I bought this to make smoothies and I constantly had to stir the fruit up because it wouldn't mix well. |

| The plastic house around the blade stem has cracked and now leaks. At least I'm not alone, I now see that several other reviewers mentioned the same problem. I haven't used it very much, but always on hot soup... maybe it can't stand up to the heat. Too bad, I thought it was such a great gizmo, now I'll be replacing it with another brand. |

| I really hoped that this blade and ring would help me solve the leak problem w/my extremely old blender. I really only needed the ring to stop the leaking, but figured that since my blender is so old, that it would be a great idea to go ahead and get the blade that came with the ring. I have a very hard time reconciling those reviews with high star ratings based on my experience, which mirrors that of those who say this doesn't cool. | Very nice-looking glasses at a very affordable price. They are thicker than crystal but look great and you can put them in a dishwasher.
Here's some useful specs: The glass weighs a little more than 7 ounces, total height is 9.75" with the bowl a little over 5.5", holding 6 ounces although you'll be pouring about half of that, with them looking "full". Stem and base is 4.25". The top of the glass is 2.625" in diameter, the foot (or base) of the glass is 3" in diameter. |

| It is not very often that I feel compelled to write a review on a product, but I just received one of these & love it. I used a Boston shaker for years (because that's what I owned), with a cocktail strainer, but it was messy. This really was leak & spill proof (for my 94 proof). I was wondering why no one has thought of this before. Good job Metrokane! |

| This corkscrew works better than any other that I have used. It pulls corks out with ease, then ejects them with minimal effort - the Achilles heal of most corkscrews.
