| This product is all I expected and more. I was concerned it would be too small for a two person family, but that is not the case. It makes perfect rice and is easy to clean up afterwards. You MUST buy the Ultimate Rice Cooker Cookbook to get the full benefit of this beautifully engineered cooker. |

| Had this for years. Filters impossible to find (#3). Makes very good coffee, but where it drips through gets easily clogged (although washed after each use) and then the coffee overflows from the filter as it's being made. We got sick of cleaning coffee and grounds off the counter and floor and bought a Cuisinart. Too bad - really liked the coffee. |

| It's awfully cute and very easy to operate -- also, next to no cleaning at all -- the loaf of bread is not your standard loaf size -- somewhat smaller -- do not forget, it isn't called a "mini" for nothing -- nevertheless, does the job well -- in addition, it prepares and bakes everything that a standard bread maker does -- i'm sure it will last many years; all in all, I'm happy with my purchase. |

| I ordered the Mr. Bento lunch jar because I was tired of eating out for lunch at work, or worse yet, hitting up the vending machines.
My Bento jar arrived quickly, and in perfect condition. Unlike some previous purchasers, I did get an English translation of the instructions with my Bento jar, although it's a pretty foolproof product as long as you know not to microwave the lids or treat it too harshly. | First of all, the steamer basket is tiny. Maybe enough room to steam vegetables for 1 person, 2 people max.
Besides that, this rice cooker is awesome. No more burnt, stuck rice at the bottom of the pan. Cooks rice fast, cleans real fast and easy. I'm so glad I finally have a good rice cooker. Now I dont dread making rice anymore because I always hated scraping out the burnt rice on the bottom of my old one. |

| This is just a great rice cooker! Once you get it set-up it is so easy to use.I have 3 members of my household and it is just the right size.The web site has recipes too that are helpful. It cost more than some cookers but worth it.As far as the aluminum thing goes I have been cooking in restaurants for 30 years and have cooked on aluminum every day. If it were copper then worry. I have never heard anything so ridiculous. |

| I just cleaned my Zoji electric hot water dispenser with the ADC-05 Pot Cleaner and I am extremely impressed! I had at least six months of build-up in my pot and was skeptical as to if it was up for the job. I live in California where there are a lot of impurities and minerals in the tap water.

| I have had this 5.5 cups neuro fuzzy rice cooker for over two years now. I use it on a weekly basis and the rice comes out perfect every time, as is expected from this line and brand of rice cookers. However, I would actually use it more often if the cook time was faster. It takes this little cooker about twice the amount of time it takes a conventional rice cooker to make rice for two people (about 45mins - 1hr for 1.5-2.0 cups), which is waaaay too long. | This is a rebuttal to Jessie's review. She asserts that the water heater doesn't accurately heat the water to her desired temperature. What she doesn't know is that the water heater always boils the water first to drive out the chlorine, then the temperature drifts down to it's preset limit where it is kept warm. What Jessie needs to do is to fill the unit before bed, set the timer and when she wakes up she will be rewarded with water at her desired temperature.
