| I've tried spice racks and counter units to hold my spices, but I eventually just put the bottles away in a cabinet so I didn't have to clean them off (and to keep my counter less cluttered). One night while cooking dinner I got so frustrated from constantly having to take everything out of the cabinet to find the one spice I needed. I figured there must be a better way! | Thus far (after a few uses) a very nice product. Simple recipe used to create delicious garlic. Even my 5 year old is hooked. Easy to clean.
The only issue thus far is the terra cota ring that goes on the heating unit (after you wet it) sticks to it later and mine cracked on the edge. I think from now on i'll just wet it in the unit. |

| This product does exactly what's it supposed to do. Roasts garlic in under 30 minutes. I have owned it for a year now without any problems, and I use it about once every 1-2 weeks. This is much more energy efficient than using your whole oven. I make a lot of dishes with roasted garlic now because its so easy.
One thing to add is that it only holds 3 heads if they are smaller. I can usually only cook 2 large heads at a time. |
