| This popper does indeed work extremely fast. Don't over fill with kernals, that is, don't go beyond the line they recommend. That alone will give you a big bowl of popcorn.
My only criticism is what others have mentioned; there is no on/off switch. Other than that, nice product and nicely priced. |

| I wanted an inexpensive but functional deep fryer and this is exactly what it is. It's a big improvement from deep frying in a cooking pan, I don't have to worry about over heating the oil anymore but my house still stinks after deep frying. If that is a concern for you, then you better get one with filters. I also love the snap-on lid which allows me to conveniently store oil. I just wish there is an indicator light to tell when the oil is hot enough. |

| I mostly use mine to make french toast and bacon. I like the fact that I can make an entire breakfast and only have 1 thing to clean. I've had mine for about 3 years now and use it maybe 2-3 a month and it seems like it is cooking faster on the edges than in the middle. I only paid $20 for mine because I got it on black friday, but overall, it's been a useful part of my kitchen. I will probably buy another one when it goes out. |

| i searched this particular product all over the web, and no price was cheaper than Amazon. Everyone else had this for a min of $99 + around $22 shipping and handling. I got this from Amazon for $69 and free super saver shipping. I've always had a good experience with Presto products and this one is no different. I bought it so my fiance could can deer meat, and this def has alot of room so you aren't waiting around in the kitchen forever to finish a decent sized batch.
