| I love the Pfaltzgraff brand and have them as my every day dishes as well. This year I decided I finally wanted to add some holiday dishes to my collection and wanted something that wasn't too overpriced, but something of high quality that would last.

| My beautiful dishes and platter arrived in perfect condition and I am very pleased with them.
I have admired this pattern for some time. Lovely red winterberries,accented by leaves of green with a delicate green banded rim. The platter, which was purchased separately, is good size and again arrived in perfect condition. The set makes for a lovely holiday table. | My wife is very happy, we cannot wait until Christmas to use these plates. They will look awesome on the table or on display. The first order delivered in record time but one plate was broken in two. Amazon sent replacement in 2 days. Very helpful and understanding. This order was extremely nice, the quality was great, the price is unbelievable, and to be honest Amazon's customer service was so off the scale my wife and I are still in disbelief, we are waiting to wake up. |

| Overall I like the Pfaltzgraff Winterberry Gravy/Sauce Pitcher. It is a little Christmasy but I decided to use it anyway outside of the holidays. The size is great. I do not need to leave the table to refill the gravy during a Sunday meal. It does drip some around the edges when pouring. It would be nice to have a small plate under it. I recommend this product. |

| I had been hunting for these for 9 months. I bought my sister the Winterberry service for twelve with numerous matching pieces. I was sick I couldn't find the salt & pepper shakers. I put myself on email alert, which I thought would never happen, it did!! I bought my sister 2 sets and they were great. Really nice sized and the pattern is beautiful. What a great addition and she was truly pleased. |

| nice to look at, however must be handled with care...glass is very thin and breaks, chips, easily....also be sure to NEVER put in the dishwasher as the decorative features on the glass simply dissolve.....I would not order these again... |
