| I would have given this 5 stars but the straw is really difficult to clean. The concept is brilliant, no more cleaning the blender out, just stick the components of your smoothie in a cup and go. What could be easier! |

| just got this blender and i have to say its really great, i'v only made a handful of shakes but i can tell a huge difference from my old blender. the preset button makes it easy, just drop in the stuff and one click later u have a great shake or smoothie. this thing shreds ice like nobody's business.

| I wanted a blender to make protein smoothie shakes and it does the job. As a novice smoothie maker, I didn't realize how much trouble it is to blend frozen strawberries. I found defrosting the strawberries a little before putting into the blender helpful. Otherwise, my husband and I love it. |

| I really hoped that this blade and ring would help me solve the leak problem w/my extremely old blender. I really only needed the ring to stop the leaking, but figured that since my blender is so old, that it would be a great idea to go ahead and get the blade that came with the ring. They were too small for my blender. I don't know how old my blender is. With all of the reviews of people having good luck with their 20-25 yr old blenders, I thought it'd be worth a shot. | It's got plenty of power, allowing me to make delicious, refreshing, and healthy smoothies. It crushes ice and frozen strawberries easily and quickly. I got it for $35 from Amazon, so the quality/price ratio is very good.
That said, there are some drawbacks. The main one is that the lid is a bit leaky, so occasionally water or juice will squirt out. It's also very loud. And the cord is shorter than I would like it to be (about 2'). |

| I should of listen to the other poor reviews. Oster is a fine product in most cases. I've had other Oster items like the Oster kitchen center, loved it. Not only did food get stuck between the blades, they came loose also. Hope your not trying to carve a turkey because the handle gets very hot. You need to set it down to cool down. What a disapointment, wanted to like it but couldn't. I am glad I bought it from Amazon because they took back with no problem's. Dont't waste your money and time. |

| I cancelled the item and the company acknowledged via email, but sent it anyway, 3 days later. Several days later I received the box and returned, unopened. The company only credited me back for the item, not the delivery. |
