| I'm quickly becoming a huge fan of Oxo products, and I'm starting to wish I were starting from a blank slate. Unfortunately, I have a lot of old, useless gadgets that will have to wear out before I replace them with Oxo.
This set of tongs makes so much sense. The plastic areas both keep the tongs cool while you hold them and protects non-stick pans. |

| I took a hint from ye olde soda jerk and dip the scoop into water between scoops. Or you can dip it into 10X sugar. But I prefer the water method. The dough comes out like a charm. I am the cookie maker for the family for all occasions. Would be lost without my Oxo scoops. |

| I have only used this cake tester once so far, and I overcooked my cake, but it wasn't actually the testers fault because I didn't test it until it was already overcooked. My concern with the product is that the metal tester is very thin, kind of like a thick needle, and I don't know if it's thick enough to grab the cake batter and pull it out to let you know the cake is undercooked...I guess it could be designed so thin for people that don't want a visible hole poked in the top of their cake. | I had a salad spinner before and didn't like it. The greens were still wet no matter how much I spun them. This one dries the greens very well. It is so easy to spin. |

| Great scale. Easy to store, clean, use. Has lbs. and grams with a tare system. Has a "pull out" display if weighing a larger item. Can weigh up to 11 pounds. I'm very please with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a simple to use, straight forward, no nonsense, small scale. |

| When my boyfriend accidentally snapped the spout off my glass fat separator, I was devastated. He bought me this one as a replacement and I was skeptical at first- because I loved the quality of the glass separator and how well it cleaned up. Now, I'm glad he broke the first one!

| I used this for the first time for Thanksgiving 2008 and it worked just great! It squeezes out a little potato around the top when you squeeze, but that doesn't bother me. You can only squeeze one medium to large potato at a time due to a small basket; but if it was much bigger, it would be hard to squeeze it shut. It does take a little arm strength, but put in less potato if you can't squeeze it with a large potato in it. | Just used this once again right before reviewing. Easy on the hand for peeling potatoes. It didn't work as well on apples and seems better for larger potatoes just because it is a fairly large tool for a woman's hand. |
