| I used this in a pasta/ravioli class and it is NOT worth $130. First, it does take practice, but so does using a ravioli tray or making them free hand. The ravioli we made came out better using a $20 tray or free hand with a $6 fluted cutting wheel than they did on this thing. Sure, if you practice you could get it to work...but it would take less time and practice to use a ravioli tray or cutter and save you more than $100. | I am buying this product for a gift for the 3rd time! It is a must have, I recieved one as a wedding gift 13yrs ago, and everyone close to me that marries gets one! I make cakes and also cook for a large family and this mixer can do it ALL!! I never use my large kitchen-aid mixer, I think the hand held is better and less mess! I highly recommend this mixer- and this price is half of the same thing in stores. |

| I actually wanted the paper compactor bags but am so glad that I got the plastic. I used to have to stick the paper bags in a trash bag before tossing it. You just put the twist tie on these bags when they're full and out they go! Very sturdy and fit nicely. |

| Having bought EVERY pink item in the last several months. I was dismayed to discover that none of the money was going to CFTC just because I had bought them. Seems that in VERY small print on the hang tag, there is a disclaimer. You have to go online and register the product. Only then will KitchenAid fork over the Money...... Yes for something as small as a set of measuring cups or a knife, you have to register.

| This beater replaces the one shipped w/my new Artisan mixer. I agree w/other reviewers that this should be the beater shipped w/the mixer. After using my cheap, painted beater for a short time - it started flaking! My beater-to-bowl clearance was correct. When I complained to KA, I got an email explaining how to check the clearance & directing me to their overpriced website to buy a new beater. | I simply love my Kitchen Aid mixer; I would recommend any cook to own one of their own. Mine is cobalt blue so it looks nice out on the counter, its quite heavy to have to move it in and out of the cupboard, plus I use it so often.
It makes the best whipped cream and meringue but now I have the attachment to grind meat and stuff fresh sausage, too. If I could add one feature to it, it would be to have the tilt up head I see that they do have those now. I doubt if I will have the chance to upgrade, however ... Read More: |

| I will start by saying, I'm not a cook.
That said, this doesn't look anything like what I imagined a dough hook to look like. I thought it would look like Captain Hook's replacement hand. In general, I can't figure out how to order anything with certainty for my wife's Kitchen Aid. After reading other people's stories, it is clear I'm not alone. I just ordered a second bowl and the wrong beater. The bowl may be wrong also. No way to tell. |

| It broke in the first month i bought and they changed for a new one.I moved to Japan and it broke again.Called the official seller here and they refused to fix it because i didn't buy here!!Even if i would pay!!And when e-mailing to the customer's service they started lying saying the person who said it could be fixed quit...and blablabla...and they couldn't do anything,etc...now i have this big useless machine that i have to pay to throw away!!NEVER AGAIN KITCHEN AID! |

| It worked fine for what we needed it for. We had this little oven for a year and then one day it just stopped heating up and now it is just broken. I'm a KitchenAid fan too, but if seeing all the negatives on this product and how they treat customers requests for assistance I'm not sure I'll remain a fan.
