| I bought my beloved Sunbeam at an auction for 25 cents about 8 years ago. It has led a happy life, spoiling me and - no doubt - its previous owner(s) with perfect toast, slice after golden slice. I had to find another one that would, hopefully, last another 56 years! I read all the customer comments and opted for the Haier. It's a dandy, both in style and function. | I ordered this item yesterday, and it arrived only 24 hours later. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged to the point that it is unusable. A panel on the bottom is bent so that the fridge cannot sit squarely on the ground, and there are dents on the sides and corners. To be honest, I'm amazed it's not worse, as it was packed in only a plastic bag and the box, no additional packing materials.
Both the size and the price are good, so I'm hoping that the replacement item that is being shipped to me ... Read More: |

| I hate washing dishes!!!!! I live in a tiny studio apartment and had to do dishes in my bathroom sink; I wasted so much water, and it took forever! Plus, the dishes would take forever drying on the counter of my dank little bathroom; it was gross and unsanitary.

| Bought this for my daughter-in-law after she started getting into wine. She LOVES it and the fact it does not take up any counter space because it sits on the floor vertically in a corner (looks like an accent piece) is nice. Excellent quality and no problems! | I read the reviews about this freezer being damaged, but I thought I'd try it anyhow just to see if I had better luck. I received one and returned it, then received a second and it was just as damaged as the first. Amazon handled it fine and I didn't end up wasting any money or anything, but I find it very strange that they can sell damaged goods like this. They offered a discount but it wasn't worth it to us still. We went down to a local Bernie's and picked one up for only a little more and it was in perfect condition. |
