| I just received these knives the other day so I can't comment on the longevity of them but boy are they sharp. I didn't realize how poor my old ones were until I tried these. They have a really nice finish on them and seem to be of solid construction. They also have a really nice weight to them, not too heavy, not too light. I would recommend buying these, the price is right. |

| I purchased this knife set after owning a faberware set (which was ok) for years. This Ginsu set is "EXCELLENT" and "ATTRACTIVE LOOKING"! These knives are nice and sharp and works well for someone who's looking for a reasonably priced, good cutley set. I would definitely recommend it. |

| I made the mistake of believing that the Ginsu 2000 knife set my roommate had in college would be comparable to this set simply because it was also from Ginsu. These knives are dull and flimsy. I never ran them through the dishwasher so despite owning them for 2 years now they have no rust spots. The reason they are rust-free is also because I avoided using them. Save your money and put it toward purchasing a J.A. Henckels set. |

| I love these knives. It is so hard to find a sharp, heavy duty, yet handsome knife that also can be used by both left and right handed people. This does the trick! Since I've bought them, I've had to buy the block sets and additional sets of steak knives for my son (when he moved out) and other friends, because they fell in love with them. Excellent quality! |
