| I love the item but it took a month to get it. The tomatoes were done before it came in the mail. It started in Michigan went to Maryland and back to Michigan before I got it. |

| I am used to a pressure cooker that I could hear the regulator rocking from the pressure to let me know that it is cooking correctly; therefore, I scorched and overcooked food because I was expecting to hear the regulator. If that part wouldn't bother you, it would probably be fine. I am sending mine back. |

| I love it. I have an eight quart presto pressure cooker, a slow cooker and a rice steamer, but this appliance beats them all. What a great convenience. The rice function turns out perfect rice every time in six minutes. Love the garlically, buttered rice recipe. I have used the slow cooker which is wonderful, and the pressure cooker is a charm without all the steaming, and noise. A bit slower than most, but then we are talking minutes. | This pressure cooker is a wonderful invention. I haven't used the steamer basket yet because I primarily bought it for cooking dried beans. Beans turn out superb in the cooker; with a little olive oil there's almost no need for any other flavorings and they're cooked in 1/4 to 1/2 the time it used to take me in a cast iron pot. Plus I don't even bother to pre-soak. Just throw them in dry. Incredibly easy to use and care for, I highly recommend getting this model. Cheers! |

| Prior to this induction cooktop we had an electric/ceramic cooktop. The difference is dramatic. This thing cooks so fast it's like having a gas stove without a flame. The cool surface makes it easy to clean. This makes an "instant kitchen" anywhere. |

| I needed the gasket to replace my slightly worn one - and now I've done that, my meals are coming out as they should. I have been using an old gasket which was slightly melted in one spot, and I believe that compromised the cooker. I wish I had ordered 2 of these, so as to have one in storage instantly for the next time I need one! |

| Product was exactly as described. It is so easy to use and to clean. Was worth every penny. I would recomend this product to everyone and I would definitely purchase it again. | Fagor is obviously doing a huge bait-and-switch scam with this product. It is advertised as Fagor, but when you get the item, you will notice that it is actually "Cook's Essentials" brand. Even if this is Fagor's own product (which some claim it is), it is much cheaper than the actual Fagor Duo Pressure Cooker in that it does not even have quality stainless steel construction interior; rather, it is teflon coated (not recommended for canning, yet it boasts that it is intended for canning).
