| I bought this to use on a couple of cat created nasty spots on area rugs. IT DID NOTHING!!!
Though I carefully followed the directions, this machine neither cleaned, extracted, nor did anything the booklet said it would--the spots are just as nasty--the cleaner just added to the horridness by spraying out liquid which was not picked up as promised, and I am SO disappointed. Do not, I repeat, do not buy!!!!! |

| We had a heck of a time getting the floor attachment on the unit and no help from the seller who after a long time finally emailed us that we had to contact the makers about the product.
I finally was able to get the floor attachment on the sweeper by slamming the heel of my hand on it. But now it won't come off and when we use it as a hand vac we have to use it with the wide floor attachment on it. |
