| Just got this machine and have found a flaw I don't see on other reviews or missed it: The basket is so hard to remove (stiff, fits too tight) that I have to hold the machine down to get it out. Anyone else have this problem? To workaround the frothing nozzle issue, I set the machine on a wooden block the same size as the machine to give it height...but since the basket is so hard to remove, it doesnt sit on the wooden block solidly when trying to get the basket out. | Good quality grill for a very affordable price. Some minor issues that one should be aware of.
1. There is no On/Off switch. Grill energizes when plugged in. 2. The lid lock functions poorly and the cord wrap is not that well designed(Italians into style not function) But overall quality and performance matches grills costing $100 for much better price |

| i've owned this product for several years now. it may be plastic, but don't let that fool you. for the inexpert, this machine is super easy to use. and for the expert barista like myself, the espresso tastes pretty darned good. i make a mocha nearly every morning. i don't use the frothing wand 'cause i'm used to a high-powered one. i heat my milk on the stove or in the microwave. for this price, it's worth the money. lately, however, i have noticed the steam is escaping from the lid. which means, ... | I have used almost every brand of coffee maker. But when I made the first pot with my DeLonghi, I new then that I would never use another coffee maker. The coffee that was made from it was by far the best I have ever tasted, even comparing it with coffee shops.If you by this coffee maker you will not be dissatisfied. |

| I went from a steam driven espresso machine to this one and the difference is like night and day. I'd highly recommend this machine because one, it doesn't really take all that long to heat the water and two the steam wand works great. I'd recommend getting something to set the machine on though that raises it a bit - it's a little difficult getting the frothing pitcher under the steam wand if you don't. | We bought this for the teachers at our school to replace a VERY old, out of date coffee maker. I've had Delonghi in the past and liked it, also. The teachers love it and say that it makes wonderful coffee. We are very happy with the purchase! |

| I love this grill! I am an outdoor grill enthusiast, and this grill comes very close. I found it to sear, and also cook to my satisfaction, food on the first try. Of course, food cooked on my indoor grill doesn't get caramelized or smoked like over coals or an open flame, but the taste factor ranks just as high. I have yet to be disappointed, and if great care is given, I don't think I will be!! |

Went back to the "Target", they replaced it with another one. | The magnetic plug is awful. I took it out of the box, cleaned it, put in the oil to the max line and tried to plug it in. First the magnetic plug is touchy. If you just bump it, it falls off of the unit. My plug didn't work, it just won't make a connection. If it was a normal plug, the fryer probably would have worked. I now have to drain out my oil, reclean it up and send it back. Find a until that has a regular plug not a magnetic plug. |
