| I found that this machine did not chop very well or evenly. After two uses, the motor stopped working (and all I was chopping was a can of tomatoes!). I exchanged it for a new unit since I couldn't get a refund, but only used it a couple times over the next year when my smaller machine was too small for the job. I pulled it out last night for it's third or fourth use... And once again the motor was burned out! Definitely not worth the money or hassle. |

| I really love this springform pan. It has a nice weight to it and is of first rate quality. I only wish they made the pan in an 8-inch size as well. I had to settle for another vender's pan and though it was similarly priced, it was filmsy. |

| This is the second set of non-stick Cuisinart cookware we have pruchased over the years and, once again, the pieces within it have lived up to our high expectations!
Considering it's middle-of-the-road price the quality of the pieces seem exceptional. I great purchase for a growing family that includes plenty of cooks, but certainly not any chefs! Ha! |

| Love the 5 speed Hand Mixer. I had another model that was 15 years old and one of the tines broke. This model has beaters resembling whisks and is sleeker with more power than the model I had previously and I am enjoying the ease and power of using it to whip up my wheat free cakes and cookies. |

| No complaints about this bowl. The small size is fine for our needs but we don't prepare large or fancy meals very often. I bought a replacement bowl for my DLC-1SS because the bowl became really dingy and filthy-looking after using it to grind some allspice. The texture of the spice acted like sandpaper and scarred the inside surface and it looks dirty all of the time. |

| Despite multiple cleanings and running about 20 pots of water through the coffee maker, I've been unable to get rid of the strong 'plastic-like' odor that permeates the coffee. Will be disposing of it soon. I've smelled and tasted the same from some hotel coffee makers also largely of plastic. |

(*) The surface is just like any other non-stick surface I used, except for the rivets that are not non-stick. (*) The rubberized handles are nice. (*) The glass lids are great, except that if the lid is hard, and you want to hold it upside-down in one hand while stirring the pans with the other hand so that the steam doesn't drip, the handle makes it hard to hold since they are not wide enough. | When I put this food processor on my Christmas list last year my parents doubted whether I would actually use it. After all, I already had a Cuisinart blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, and smaller Cuisinart food processor, what use could I possibly have for an 11 cup food processor?
