| We got two of these machines about 2 years ago. The first one lastest about a year and the second is now taking forever to make 6-8 cups of coffee. Definitely not up to Cuisinart reputation for other appliances. |

| I just purchased the Cuisinart 1-quart Pour Saucier, and I am really enjoying it. For Thanksgiving, I used the pan to make my honey glaze for my ham. Not only did I have no problem with the pan "tipping" while I was whisking the glaze, but the pan kept the glaze warm without burning it ... and it's a pretty sugar-laden glaze. I'm not quite sure why others have a problem with the pan tipping. I've used it at least a half dozen times in the few weeks I've owned it, and the pan has never tipped even ... Read More: |

| I have to agree with the others that didn't think much of this unit. I just bought one of these for $19 and that's about what it's worth quality wise. No way anyone in their right mind would pay over a hundred dollars for this and I believe that's what the list price was before it went out of stock! I think this one is just going on the shelf as an emergency backup unit when my other brand-X fails because right now my Brand-X is a better unit then this one. | I couldn't be happier with this high quality 1 qt saucier. It's perfect for preparing my individual serving of chai in the traditional method on the stovetop. And with the pouring lip I never spill the hot chai in the transfer to my mug. Other bonuses: heats up quickly and water boils on medium heat, handle stays cool and best of all, clean-up is a breeze. The Amazon price can't be beat! |

| I'd sent an earlier pan onwards to the trash heap, so I had really needed a new pan. I bought the Cuisinart brand because of another replacement pan I had purchased from the company that I have used with satisfaction.
Although it would be great if Cuisinart produced this pan with higher sides, I have found this pan of excellent quality and utility. |

| The server is both practical and versatile. It's quality allows one to use it for a formal occasion as well as an informal one. I would recommend it without reservations, but would remind everyone that it is not a chafing dish; however, I am considering finding a casserole dish that can fit inside the pan which can be used as a steam pan, thus creating the effect of a chafing dish. Very much worth the price paid. |
