| First off, I am a devoted Cuisinart cookware fan; I own nonstick hard-anodized, stainless steel and Multiclad pieces. I bought this piece because I couldn't find a Multiclad Chef's pan in any size.
It's very nice - great, mirrored finish interior & attractive brushed exterior, with a safe, good-fitting (not too tight) mirrored lid. | My neck and shoulders always have alot of pain. So scooping ice cream that is too hard has been very difficult! But with this scooper - it is a breeze-no matter how hard the ice cream is! The scooper just slides in and brings out perfect balls of ice cream. The pleasure of eating ice cream is just all that much better! Highly recommended!

| I was so excited to finally receive this ice cream maker in the mail that I did it all: I make sorbet, frozen yogurt and ice cream. All came out very well. Note: eat the frozen yogurt immediately as it becomes very hard in the freezer and looses the smoothness commonly associated with frozen yogurt. I really enjoy having the two bowls. I've made two separate batches of desserts as well as a double batch. My freezer is stocked and I've never had so many wonderful choices of frozen dessert! |

To address issues other have had - (1) It was perfectly flat out of the box, but warped as soon as medium heat was applied. Probably because it is so thin. Note the 10" crepe pan weighs as much as this monster of a pan, and appears to be at least 3 times thicker.
