| i had been looking for a product like this as my daughter eats only the tops of muffins and leaves the rest. I had thought this would solve this problem. My husband made the muffin tops for Thanksgiving breakfast. They were a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this product to others. |

| Pan works great! I like to heat pan up before placing bread in it to proof. Just a bit though. |

| I have been impressed with Chicago Metallic's baking equipment, so when it came time to get a baguette pan this was right where I went. Their pans are nice and sturdy, and you will get years of use out of them.
The perforated holes on the bottom make for a crispy crust and give a nice pattern and texture as well. I have never had a problem with the loaf sticking to the pan, or any other problems for that matter. I don't oil the surface as some have recommended, which has worked out just ... Read More: |

| These smaller jelly roll pans are great.
Example: when I make the texas sheet cake recipe , I use both pans and divide the recipe into the two. After baking both pans and cooling. I will put one of the pans in the freezer for later use. It's already and all I have to do is pull it out from the freezer and thaw for just awhile. |

| Of course you can use this pan to make pizza AND whatever else you need. I use it to make cookies and to roast a chicken. The pan is durable. Somewhat big, I store it in my oven when not in use. For the money, it fits my needs. |

| I love these pans! They are heavy duty and I can't imagine them every warping like some other cookie sheets. are absolutely marvelous and cookies come out beautifully on them! 12 cookies fit easily on them.
I haven't found any hot spots at all all the cookies bake evenly. Definitely worth every penny and the cooling rack is a nice bonus also. |
