| This was one of my first cookware purchases and I got it because I've always heard Calphalon mentioned as a good quality brand. I figured with loads of recipes calling for one I might as well buy one! I got this one and I must say, I'm happy with it.

| These pans are really the best! Besides being the perfect size for my sheet cake recipe, they double as nonstick cookie sheets. My cookies bake evenly, and are easily removed from these pans. |

| Great for baking and stove top cleans up stickons with a sinple wash cloth and dish soap. Used to make soup, spagetti sauce, and baked apples. Great with the low height, the best pan I have ever owned (50 years cooking). |

| Most of us have a favorite cooking utensil, knife, pot or pan. Some we even leave out just to have when you need it in short notice. My everyday, calphalon one nonstick is just that pan. It has an almost permanent resting place on one eye of the stove but for one simple reason: it is the best to have for the most part. | We love this pot with the inserts. We use it for pastas, soups, stews, gumbos, you name it! We don't use the smaller insert very often but we do sometimes steam broccoli in it (mostly we steam in the microwave since it is faster). It is the perfect size for a large soup for a family of 4 (with lots of leftovers). I love that spaghetti sauce etc. has room to boil so no mess on the stove. |

| I bought the Calphalon simply stainless cookware 12 piece set (not offered any more?) and a couple extra open stock pieces over two years ago. It arrived within days with no shipping charge. This is the greatest cookware set I've ever owned. Sticking food is NOT a problem, and the cookware maintains a lovely appearance with really no special care. All the saucepans are stainless, but the 8- and 10-inch fry pans have a non-stick finish. The glass lids were a requirement, and I wouldn't ever go back to metal lids ... Read More: |
