| This is a great pan. Everyone needs a non-stick sauce pan and the shape of this one makes it perfect for many jobs. It's well made, not too heavy to handle and the glass lid lets you observe your work. The pan flares out near the rim, so for smaller jobs the ingredients are concentrated at the bottom. The flared out area makes it easier to get a spoon or spatula in there to work the sauce. |

| I purchased this Calphalon grill pan locally years ago and spent $$$. We used it quite a bit and found that it cooked evenly and was easy to clean.
Then our family grew & I found the Simply Calphalon 13" grill pan. If using a single grill pan, we use the 13" round more than the 11" square because we cook a lot of food. | We have a stock pot that is a decent size, but it is narrow and tall so I wanted one that would be easier for me to work with. This pot does the trick! I love it! It cleans easily and allows me to make the amount that I want/need for our family. I recommend it highly. |

| The rivets are definitely big, right there on the inside surface that is used, but it doesn't matter overall. The pot is very sturdy, evenly weighted, handles well, and heats well. The handles feel appropriate to the distribution of weight - their design makes sense and feels right (which is especially important when dealing with a pot this size). | I love this pan. I've cooked one chicken and two turkeys in it in the little time I've had it. It's not non-stick but cleans up like it is. A little warm water and it's brand new again. Easy. The handles turn in so it's easy to store. I use the pan without the rack to defrost the turkeys (little hint there). Well worth the money! |

| I've actually only used it once for making a panini so far. I've cooked a steak on it, which was okay. My favorite thing to do with it is grilling vegetables, especially asparagus. I keep olive oil in a spray bottle. I spray the asparagus and grill it in the pan. I will never mush-up asparagus again by boiling it. |
