| I recieved this pan directly from Calphalon as a warranty replacement for my 3 quart commercial nonstick saute pan. I absolutely love it! I had to send my other pan back because after 3 years of use and proper care, the nonstick coating started to come off. I have had this pan for about a year now, and it has actually outperformed my old pan! I use it almost everyday. The size is perfect for our family of 4! And the coating is very slick! No troubles cleaning it up. You will love this pan! |

| What can go wrong with an item such as this? Mostly we are pleased with the insert, but notice quite a bit of boiling over/out of the kettle with the insert in place - more than I would have expected even when there's not much water in the pot. OTOH, I haven't had any other brand of these, so this may be a common/expected occurrence. |

| Have you ever tried cooking an omelet or frying eggs on an uncoated stainless steel skillet?
Even with a coating of oil, the cooked eggs stick pretty tough. That's why I bought the 10 inch non-stick hard anodized aluminum omelet pan from Target. Calphalon cookware is usually really expensive. But their Kitchen Essentials® line available from Target is much more reasonable in price. The pan is much lighter than stainless steel. | I like the canisters, I just wish the lids would stay sealed. It's almost as if the gasket is too big for the can, the lid just keeps popping back up (no matter how many times you try to get it to stay down) so you never really get an airtight seal on it. Also, you cannot fit a full bag of flour/sugar in the large canister. Last, as with all things stainless, there are endless fingerprints to deal with. I'm happy I have them, but I wouldn't buy them again. |

| I bought this set a couple of days ago, and I am completely disappointed. Actually, I didn't buy the whole set since it contained a lot of pots and pans whose size deemed them unusable by any standard, so I picked out pots and pans that I imagined would be most necessary in daily use. I ended up buying three infused anodized pots/pans and the rest were non stick, all from Calphalon One line.
