| My wife and I love these knives, the Katana's! We choose these over some of the other brand name knives. We like the weight and design. I'm a pincher when it comes to how I grip my knives and the rounded edges and extended bolster make it very comfortable. I would try these knives. Go some where and hold a Calphalon Katana knife. I thought it was because I used the first one incorrectly, but they both started to flake and the one I have now is even looking like it is rusting under the non-stick surface, (this one is only about 2 years old). I have deceided to try an all-clad fry pan instead. |

| I bought this to replace an older insulated baking sheet which had become stained with years of use--partly because it was not supposed to be immersed in water. THIS model, however, has tiny vents/drainage holes on the bottom, making it MUCH easier to clean! |

| Positives: using PAM or other cooking sprays, the muffins pop out easily without having to push the bottom of the cup on each one. It is easy to clean, and doesn't rust or get nasty like other muffin tins. I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher and that it folds for storage with other pans. There is stability with the weights in the holders on each side.
