| While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine. |

| I have discontinued use of this product because of the extreme change in bowel movement. If I wanted continual loose stools I could take a cheap laxitive. Big hipe poor product!!! |

| The ball seems fine except that it has a strong, horrible plastic smell that gives me headaches - even after 2 or 3 days of sitting out and off-gassing. At this point I can't use it and hope that after a couple of weeks it might get better. |

| I was looking forward to using my spine worx until I received it. I guess I should have asked what worx means. It said it was developed by a chiropractor so I figured there must have been a real study done. I have it for two weeks now and I will try it a little longer. I had several people try it too and nobody was impressed with it. |

| I love this monitor. It is a little slow to start, be sure to wet the strap first. Once you start your warm up it gets going. My favorite fitness tool! I won't exercise without it. It's a great purchase for the price. |

| I didn't have high hopes for this dirt cheap exercise machine and it didn't even manage to live up to those. Basically this machine is useless unless you find a way to anchor it to the floor and/or are too small to actually move it. My intention was to use it at the office under my desk but I couldn't make it stay put no matter what I tried. | I have to say these pills worked. I took these pills for two days. No hunger. BUT!!!!! Made me extremely jittery. could not sleep, and got a horrible stomach ache. Why do I keep looking for a quick fix. Do not recommend. |
