| I have a busy off site work schedule, so this product works great for me when I cannot break for lunch. Because of my dairy allergy it was great to find a soy meal replacement ready drink! The chocolate is rich and creamy, and the vanilla is adequate except for the overriding artificial sweetener after taste. The only drawback would be the artificial sweetener (which I am not a fan of) and the lack of enough fiber to be a COMPLETE meal replacement. |

| dont get me wrong cla's are a great supplement but when i bought these i thought because of the name that they were 1000mg pills but ended up being only 750mg. by doing this they are making this cla very expensive. |

| I did not want to run in to town for vitamins. So I looked on Amazon for the D vitamins that I buy. Low and behold they have them. The bottles bigger than I normally buy and contain more tablets.
I have seen a lot of research about the positive effects of taking vitamin D and I feel better when I take it, especially in the winter. I live in Wisconsin and we just do not get enough sun in the winter. If you are interested in the positive effects of Vitamin D, I suggest you google it. |

| I have been taking this for years. I often use one of these in water instead of grabbing a soda. It is a pretty good product. I don't notice any super energy boost or anything. But, the ingredients show the levels of vitamins in it. |
