| I was introduced to this product by a friend who said it works. My nails use to be thin, break off in layers, and I could not grow them. After trying the product, I can say it does strenghten the nails and makes them healthier, but it will take about a month -- or more -- before you see any improvement. It's expensive, but shop around. I have not compared it's effectiveness to the biotin vitamin supplement, but the vitamin supplements seem to be a much larger tablet for the same dose or you may have ... Read More: |

| I enjoy using my Polar heart rate monitor. It is the first heart rate monitor I have ever purchased as I needed it for a college class. It is simple and easy to use. I wish it did have an alarm on it, but I guess I would have had to pay more for a heart rate monitor with an alarm. |

| It's always difficult to judge the effectiveness of a suppliment, but I enjoy taking one these as opposed to 3 capsules of fish or flax oil. I'm sure the benefits will be noticed over the long term.
I also ordered these from DAB nutrition, and had a great experience. They accidentally sent me the wrong order, and when I called them they apologized and sent me two bottles right away (along with a postage paid envelope to send back the incorrect items). |

| Perfect weights and the neoprene is the best way to go. Absolutely no complaints; I often use these instead of my Power Blocks for particularly difficult exercises because they fit so well in the hand. |

| I have suffered from IBS for years. Tried a lot of stuff. Pepto Bismol helped but was not a preventive. I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks or so and things have calmed down considerably.
Not only that but my arthritis seems to have calmed down too, but I will have to see whether it helps the arthritis during the winter season. | This is a good product, and I think the price is completely reasonable as well (which is nice). We've found the foot attachments comfortable. The entire thing doesn't take long to set up, clean up, or put back away -- it's very convenient.
My only gripe is that it doesn't heat water for you: you have to fill it with water that's already as warm as you'd like it. However, given how nice this feels on your feet and how easy it is to set up, I don't think it's a real problem. |
