| I've recently made efforts to eat better and, let me tell you, ALL of Bob's Red Mill products are a godsend. Quinoa is easy to make, versatile, and packs some serious health benefits. The package it comes in doesn't look like much but the seeds cook up to 4 times their size, easily. So a little goes a long way both in that sense and that it's pretty filling too! I use it as a side dish, in soups and stews, and I imagine that with the right ingredients it could be used for breakfast as well!

| This oil is wonderful, I have nothing but good things to say about it.
Taste is fresh. Quality is unsurpassed. As a raw foodie I'm always looking for the truly and minimally processed fractured foods such as this oil, I've looked in to Nutiva's process for making this and it appears it truly is raw and as minimally processed as coconut oil can get. | I use this agave nectar now for most of my sweetening needs. I use a lot of recipes from elanaspantry.com and she uses agave in most of her recipes. I love it because it is lower glycemic and because I have to eat a low glycemic/ gluten free diet this saves me from going crazy because of the yummy things you can make with agave, coconut flour, and almond flour. | This is really horrible coffee. It is especially bad in an espresso machine. The taste is completely different than the Lavazza beans that come in a blue bag. There is a reason this brown bag is cheaper. |
