| I tried this mix for my son who is on the GFCF diet. I used the bread machine recipe, and found the texture to be quite spongey and gooey almost like a bad pound cake recipe. The flavor seemed to lack something that I can't place my finger on. Maybe the flavor of sorghum was just too rich for my liking. Now my son who is the bigger critic seemed not to care for it because he'd take one bite and that would be it. I may try a different recipe for this bread mix because it has diverse recipes. | I was pleased to find a source of wheat-free oats that is not too expensive. We use it primarily to make our own granola, and find that it's texture is different than the bulk organic oats we used to use, and these gluten-free oats tend to stick to the baking pan more. This is not really a problem once we adjusted to it. |

| Wow...I found these at T. J. Maxx a few months ago. They are like biting right into fresh raspberries. I have seen them before, but I always thought that they were black and red licorice. NOT! They are delicious and you will not be disappointed. Great price. Better than Walmart!!! |

| I ordered Mr. Z jerky when they were on clearance sale.
I received my package today and started to eating. Taste was not so good and I checked the expiration date. Expiration date was JAN/25/2009. I was 3/4 way done with my first package, and found a piece of jerky covered with WHITE MOLD! I was very shocked, and immediately started to search google for any health problem. I feel sick or feeling sick I don't know. This is so disappointing. |

| My autistic grandson just loves these bars. Being on a gluten free diet there are not many snacks he can have, but enviro kidz have outdone themselves on these. Ryan asks for them by name "Can I have Panda please?" Highly recommend them. |

| This is pretty good coffee and comes in a pod which I was looking for. Their quality control wasn't very good though. Four of the 18 pods in one box were broken open, I guess by the machine that closes up the pod before putting it in the packet, and coffee was loose inside the packet. I would have complained but didn't intend to reorder so let it go. |
