| I absolutely love my Waterpik Ultra Dental Water Jet. I was also very pleased with the service I received from Amazon. My product was shipped right out and I received it in less time than they had quoted. The next time I need something I will definitely check out Amazon.com first. I compared prices with a well know retail store and was able to get my waterpik at Amazon $20.00 cheaper. WOW, what a bargain!Thanks for the wonderful product and the great service.

| I see I'm not alone here, but I wanted to add my experience so potential victims can see another one-star review. Actually I'd like to give this product no stars but the system doesn't allow for that. The thing worked okay for a couple of weeks although I never was able to do my whole mouth without having to refill the tiny reservoir. After that it started to labor, then stop until you shake it or tap it back to life. That went on for a week. Then one day it just died out, pulsing maybe once every 4 or 5 seconds. ... Read More: |

| I have had two rechargable Waterpiks. Both had the same problem. After about 5 or 10 months the unit gradually loses the ability to charge up. Most users assume that the battery became defective.
I really need this thing so I decided to look into it and found that the battery in each case was fine. What happens is that the connector on the charging cable gradually deteriorates. | It's much more entertaining than regular flossing. And once you learn how to use it properly it makes a wonderful difference in gum health and freshness of breath. I would recommend it to anyone who needs extra dental care. |

| I thought I would try this battery operated flosser. Though it works just fine, unless you're a real gadget geek, regular dental floss is just as effective, and less fidgety (you have to store the floss tips and change them out every use), and a better value. The floss tips themselves aren't well packaged....I spilled several of them trying to get them out of the little plastic bag they are packaged in. |

| if i could find a substitute for water pic products, i would do so. they are poorly designed and don't last long at all. for a personal water pic, it is much too big. i had a personal waterpic a while ago that was small and lasted for quite some time. |
