| I have been on Alli for 2 months now and I will say, IT WORKS. It's not the fast, dramatic loss that fad dieters are looking for. I've lost 13 pounds at this point and am thrilled with the results. The "treatment effects" are a not so gentle reminder to climb back on the wagon when you slip. And, FYI, you can't skip a day of pills and expect to go out and eat fried chicken (I tried it in week three and learned my lesson). | I had the opportunity to try Xenical first but couldn't get a refill so I started taking Alli, a double dose to equal the prescription. It works but doesn't seem to work as well as the prescription does, even though it is supposed to be the exact same. I lost more weight quicker with Xenical. The product does make you cautious about the fat content you eat becaue, if it isn't stored, there's only one place it can go and it does. |

| I have never been a heavy person, but after a long illness, I gained about fify pounds. I started using Alli approximately one year ago. I followed the program, excercising, eating right, and taking Alli. I have not only lost the fifty pounds, but a few extra. I have learned to eat a healthy diet and to continue excercising. I still use Alli, but only when needed. I highly recommend Alli. |

| Excellent product for weight loss. It will get quite a bit of fat out of your system. There is not just one majic bullet though. One must do all the other things also, i.e., exercise, right types of foods, etc.
