| I spent some time in Italy this past Summer (Tuscany) where I rented a villa and had the occasion to cook several times. Not only was the product convenient and reduce waste with it's recloseable tube, the product itself was incredible. It was not acidic and really added incredible tomato flavor and richness to the dishes I prepared. I actually brought several tubes home with me. | This Glaze is the best!!! Forget buying all those expensive balsamic vinegars - adding a bit of brown sugar and reducing for a nice glaze. Just get this and save the money and the time. Try it in ways mentioned on other reviews, the label....but then do yourself a wonderful favor and try it on some braised or grilled veges OMG!!!

| I expected this Harissa to be super hot. It's hot, but it doesn't burn your tongue off or make your eyes tear. Really smooth with merguez sausage! |

| This hot sauce has a complex flavor that goes with just about everything. I particularly like it with broccoli in cheese sauce! I've also had it on pork chops and buffalo chicken. It's zesty without being a wallop of peppery heat. Highly recommended! |

| I first found Porterhouse Seasoning when it was called Prime Rib Seasoning in a little fish shop on the Oregon Coast. I bought 1 and when I went back I bought out the shop. Since then I have had a tough time finding the product. I slather a roast in Dijon mustard and the liberally sprinkle the seasoning and the put the roast on the rotisserie. When all is said and done, I have a roast with a flavorful crust and a juicy core.

| I was very skeptical about this product, but I must admit, it really tastes good, and it has a good texture and consistency as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who is doing Weight Watchers, as it is only one WW point per tablespoon. If you add a little jam, it's even better. I first heard about it on Hungry-Girl.com, which raved about it, and they were right. On the East Coast, I was able to find it at Shaw's Supermarkets in the Healthy Food section, as well as Whole Foods. |

| I am on weight watchers and this was a heavenly find. Chocolat peanut butter and you can eat out of the jar and not use up too many points, it taste great on bread, graham crackers (makes great graham crackers sandwiches) let it soften up a bit and put on ice cream. A wonderful product! |

| My husband and I always have this at a local eatery, and WOW, it works with eggs, french fries, burgers, you name it. It's not as much Hot as it is SPICY and the balance of the garlic is a beautiful thing. It doesn't drown out the taste of your food as much as it adds to it or enhances it. It also doesn't have that obnoxious jalapeno taste that many hot sauces have. A must buy for the hot sauce or bbq sauce fan, or someone like me that just loves breakfast. |

| This sauce is another favorite of mine. What I like about it the best is that it's taste to me is not unlike that of freshly made red chili enchilada sauce. It is not all that "hot",(to me),but has a real good veggie-like,piquant chili taste like you'd get from a bunch of fresh New Mexico red chilis on a ristra. I buy it once in a while.It also goes good in canned "chile" to freshen up the taste,along with a can of Las Palmas red enchilada sauce. |
