| This is one of the best 20-year balsamic vinegars for the price. I'm American-Italian with a fussy palate inherited from my Dad, and this sweet, syrupy balsamic is amazing on salads, fruits, vegetables ..... just about anything you can think of. I don't use it in cooking or marinating because it seems wasteful to me.

| This is a most excellent product. The flavor is quite delicate and you would be amazed at the number of recipes into which it can be incorporated. It does not take much of this stuff, so one bottle will last you awhile, depending upon how much you cook. The price is quite reasonable and the company I ordered it from is very helpful and efficient. |

| I visited a boutique food cafe where I had the opportunity to do a complete balsamic vinegar tasting of high end vinegars. This was the best and until you do a tasting, you can not believe the difference in taste. Since I fell in love with it, the shop discontinued the Elsa so I have purchased it a couple of times online. It's well worth it!! |

| I have been buying this for a few years now but I can no longer get it in my local store so I was thrilled to hear Amazon has it. I think it is by far one of the best evoo's I've ever had. Fantastic on Salads and to make vinaigrette. Great to be able to buy it in the tin also, rather than the ceramic jug which is more expensive. |
