| Being recently diagnosed as diabetic, I am always on the lookout for good tasting sugar free snacks and these cookies are a just that! The cookies are very good and even my kids like them!
The serving size is 4 smallish cookies at roughly 100 calories and less than 18 carbs (6 in Malitol, so total is less). | These aren't going to be as good as real cookies, but who actually expects that from anything fat free? I'm willing to sacrifice some flavor and texture if it's a much healthier alternative, which these absolutely are. Would recommend them to anyone with a sweet tooth that doesn't want the calories included. |
