| I really cannot recommend this cheese highly enough. The flavor and consistency is almost perfect. This is a very strong tasting, natural cheese. Cut very thin to savor the flavor as a snack cheese, but of course this stuff has no equal as a grating cheese. To be honest, I am usually not a big fan of many cheeses in this category, but of the ones I do like, this heads the list. A unique eating experience! Cannot see how you can go wrong here. |

| Well i read all the reviews VERY carefully before i bought theese things....i was a bit scared at first naturally eating a egg from powder but i kept thinking about the buffet eggs...we all know thir not real eggs yet theres something magical about them! lol i figured i could make my own shoneys buffet at home...(kinda lol) but anyhoo i made some right when they got here as i was anxious to try em....lemme say when i tried them i wasnt very hungry at all so im sure that had something to do with it...but in all honesty ... | I found this product for use with the Six Week Body Makeover, by Michael Thurmond, they guy who whips people into shape on Extreme Makeover. I needed to find a way to get egg whites into my diet without actually having to choke them down! I use these powdered egg whites in lots of recipes on that plan, but mostly for smoothies. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 4 tsp powdered egg whites, 1/2 of a small banana, a little water and sweetener (if you like) and blend. | A very high quality selection, with lots of flavor, deep residual secondary
flavors and aroma. It reminds me of a fine wine that's been aged and mellowed. For the price, this is a bargain. All four cheeses are excellent choices for that special "flavor fest." |

| I cannot say enough about this wonderful and unique selection of cheeses. I was given this as a gift and I must say it was a wonderful gift! Each cheese was well packed (vacuum) and all was fresh and stayed that way until I was ready to serve and eat. The size or portions were great and the unique flavors were awesome. This is an odd assortment and you will be in for some very pleasing surprises. I plan to order several of these this Christmas for friends and family and secretly hope they do the same for me. |

| My husband and I ordered this sampler as a special treat, and now we are hooked! The cheese was incredible with our favorite wines, and made for a fun and beautiful late dinner (i.e. the kid was in bed) with warm olives a baguette and some prosciutto! We also ordered some asiago to go with it. DELICIOUS. |

| I still have some of this in my freezer, but will be buying more from this seller. Even with the shipping cost, it's a great bargain. I cut it into smaller pieces, vacuum sealed them and tossed them into the freezer. Now I can take out a chunk at a time instead of hunting locally for some that is usually WAY overpriced and dried out.
Very good cheese at a very good price. |
