| I switch around my set up alot I got this switcher because it was a 4 way in put and I have 4 things to input. Problems kept comming up and It did work however the picture was blurry on the edges. I had to position it when it did work so the video signals would go through.
Finally after trying to plug in a new cable it just stopped outputting video and nothing I could do would fix it. It's complete garbage and now I have no idea what switcher I need. |

| Item works as advertised. it's not real good in low light, so as a security camera it would not be good unless lights are on at all times. We use it as a pet monitor to see if our cats are being "naughty"
Picture quality good, download of pictures easy. |

| I bought this camera for the pan/tilt feature, but I found out that it does not work with well with Vista. I also thought the video would be as good as the TV-IP110W fixed wireless camera, but it is not. I am an IT guy and I have used several cameras and this is one of the worst I have ever used. I do wish Trendnet would get their act together and make a pan/tilt wireless with a high quality video sensor. Their other products are much better than this one. Buyer BEWARE.... |

| These are great cameras for the price, but are never as easy to install as the instructions indicate. Plus, support comes from overseas and the support personnel are not always fluent in English making it even more difficult. This is especially true when they are using scripts to try and help you. Product very good support not so good. |

| Everything was shipped perfectly and on time, it was just the product that sucked. It's not all that loud, and it's super cheesey. One thing, there is nothing blocking the button that discharges the air to make the screech, so it can easily go off in a purse, pocket, bag, etc.
It's easier and louder just to scream if you're being attacked, and if you do feel you need something like this, get an electronic version that doesn't have a limit on usage other than battery life. |

| If the product worked, it would be fine, but it locks up after about an hour of use.
I phoned tech support. They took 20 minutes to pick up. The tech was very difficult to understand. He told me that he couldn't help me, but if I wanted to RMA it would take 3-4 weeks. The RMA process did not work and I have not received a replacement. Nice. |

| I have purchased two motion sensor lights that were made by Heath/Zenith. Both were faulty. The first one only worked for a short period of time before it died.
and the second one never did work correctly. It would come on and stay on. Not only during the night. But it would burn all day long too. By the time you figure out the light doesn't work, you have spent hours of your time just trying to trouble shoot the problems. Fool me once, shame on YOU. Fool me twice, shame on ME. W W |

| The first thing I realized when unboxing these cameras is the fact that they dont pivot in any direction, only up and down. BIG problem when you're putting them on a wall and are trying to point them left or right. Funny how no one mentioned that. You cant flip the camera on its side because the image wont correct itself. So im going to either have to spend more money finding a decent swivel mount or ghetto rig something in order to have the cameras point in the direction I need them to point. BIG UPSET. Image ...
