| If your looking for a budget sound good head unit, you may want to look elsewhere. This unit doesn't sound much better than the OEM Delco stereos. Muffled, like a tin can. Despite the sound settings with OEM and Aftermarket speakers, you just cant get this thing to sound decent.
The OEM radio has better bass and treble than this unit. The menus are cumbersome, and the blue lights are just too bright even when the DIM feature is on. The power of this unit is highly over rated and ... Read More: |

| Good factory replacement speaker at a low cost. Good highs and mids. Of course, don't expect much bass. I set my head unit for a 50 hz high pass filter to these speakers so that they aren't trying to reproduce bass they are capable of reproducing.
For the cost, I would buy them again. |

| I purchased the plcd23a and for the money it was just ok, I had trouble with the AM radio when i would get close to a radio transmitter, the station I was listening to would pick up the new station and then I could hear neither station. |

| This is a great simple to use car/truck stereo. I like the duel control for the ipod. It plays "home made" cd's very well. I compared it to the Sony and the JVC was a winner hands down. | This is excellent, My wife wants now to get another for her car, The only detail I find is that you can only control de Ipod music from the stereo, I think this is more confortable if you control the ipod music directly from the ipod screen and not from the Stereo screen. I kept the original car saound and it got much better with this stereo. I feel satisfied. |

| these speakers are great, i have two in the rear of my jeep and they sound great. the high pitches are great these come with a bass equalizer to help get rid of those nasty notes and the bass itself is decent, but you dont buy speakers for bass. i have another pair that i am waiting to put in the front of my jeep |
